Written because I don't believe for a moment that he wasn't screwing with them :o)

“And he believed you?”

“They both did,” Jack laughs, refilling his glass.

“But, what was it he said? You’re a ‘fixed point’?”

“In time and space, exactly! It’s not like I can change species!” Tosh giggles into her wine, shaking her head. “I actually met Boe once. We had a good laugh about my nickname, the media took some pictures. Nice bloke.” He smiles at the memory, then starts laughing again. “But really, I can’t believe they fell for it!”

“What made you tell them you were him?”

“Oh, I made a bet once. Looks like I won,” he grins.

I also totally do not believe in this. The idea of Jack saying it for a bet has been offically adopted into my personal canon.

There's a copy of LotTL floating around somewhere with the Jack=Face bit cut out - I prefer to watch it with it in, so I can have a giggle with Jack at the Doctor's gullibility :o)
