I added a tie to Ten and a goatee to the Master - shut up, he's not right without the goatee. I was a bit disappointed that he didn't have one =( But he /did/ have whiskers, so potential goatee-ness.
I thought the whole thing with Jacobi was really predictable, actually. Really early on when he kept going all weird i guessed he was a time lord minus memories, then my sis guessed he was the Master, then i guessed he'd regenerate into john simm, so...not really ZOMG TIME LORD/THE MASTER/REGENERATION! but still good =D
